User Guide for the Service Provider How to Start and Complete a Job

Welcome to Asistee Manager, the mobile app that makes booking home-based services a breeze! In this comprehensive user guide, we will walk you through the process of using our app to book and complete a cleaning job. This tutorial is designed for team members who are new to the app and need guidance on how to start their job from arriving at the location to completing the cleaning booking. Let's get started!

Step 1: View Upcoming Jobs

Once your profile is set up, you will be directed to the home screen of the app. Here, you will find a list of Upcoming jobs. You can scroll through the list or use the search bar to find specific types of services. Each job will display the location, date, and time, as well as the services required. Take some time to review the available jobs.

Step 2: Arriving at the Location

After you click on the job, you will find a brief description of the job and the customer's requirements. When you are ready to go to the customer's location, swipe right on the "Arriving at the Location". The customer will be notified of your status.

Step 3: Arrive at the Location

Once you have arrived, swipe right on the "Arrived at the Location" button to begin.

Step 4: Start the Cleaning Job

Whenever you are ready to start the job, you can swipe right on the "Start a Job button. Please make sure to start the job within 15 minutes from the starting time to avoid auto cancellation.

Step 5: Complete the Cleaning Booking

Once you have completed all the tasks, click on the "Complete the Job" button. It is important to maintain high quality service that will be reflected on your ratings and positive feedback to attract more customers in the future. You can send some photos or document as evidences of your cleaning job through the chat feature.
