Step-by-Step Guide for iCal Sync Request

In this user guide, we will walk you through the process of creating an iCal Sync Request for your company and freelancer. This feature allows you to synchronize your company's schedule with your freelancer's schedule, making it easier to manage and coordinate appointments. So let's get started!

Step 1: Log in to your Asistee Manager account

To access the iCal Sync feature, you must first log in to your Asistee Manager account. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily sign up for one by clicking on the "Sign Up" button on the login page.

Step 2: Access the "Customer Requests" tab

On the home screen, you will see a menu at the bottom of the screen. Go to "Settings" and click on the "Customer Requests" tab. You will be directed to your customer requests lists. From here, click on the customer profile.

Step 3: Create a new iCal Sync Request

Next, please click on "Property List". Choose the Hotel option and you will be directed to your customer property details. On the Property Details tab, click on the "Sync" button. Let's finalize the process by clicking on "Ok" button.

Step 4: Wait for approval

After submitting your request, it will be sent to the customer for approval. You will receive a notification once the customers has approved the request.
