Once you are logged in, you will be directed to the home screen of the app. Here, you will see all the pending booking requests from customers. You can view the details of the booking request by tapping on it.
After reviewing the booking details, you can choose to accept or decline the request. If you decide to accept the booking, tap on the "Approve" button. This will confirm the booking and notify the customer that their booking has been accepted.
After accepting the booking, you will need to assign a team member to provide the service. To do this, go to the "Assign Provider" section of the booking request. Here, you will see a list of all the available team members. There's a note if any of the team member unavailable for the booking time. Once you have selected the appropriate team member, tap on the "Assign" button. This will notify the team member of their assigned booking and add it to their schedule.
After assigning the team member, you will be directed back to the booking request screen. Here, you will see the assigned team member's name and the confirmed booking details. You can also send a message through chat feature to the customer to inform them of the assigned team member.
